Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for:
- Items returned within the specified return period (7-14 days)
- Products that arrive damaged or defective
- Incorrect items shipped due to our error
- Items that do not match the product description
- Cancelled orders before shipment
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: 7-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
- Store Credit: Immediate (if opted for)
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. In some cases, you may opt for store credit instead of a refund.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Damaged items not caused by our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items missing accessories or components
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom or personalized products
- Shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Clearance or final sale items
Order Cancellation & Refunds
If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days. Once an order has been shipped, standard return and refund policies apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide a full refund including shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photo evidence of the damage.
