- Products must not show any signs of use or damage
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
- Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet return eligibility criteria. Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products without original packaging
- Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
